Grind your coffee beans

<span style=”font-weight: 400;”>If you are using ground coffee, skip this step and proceed to the next one! Well, is very important that you grind your coffee in order to extract the rich flavors of coffee. However, learn the balance of grinding them.

You do not want to over grind but you do not also want to under-grind it. For me, it is best to grind your coffee for at least 30 seconds to a minuted.

Set up your coffee filter

Set up your filter to a clean dry pan and evenly distribute your coffee by pressing it onto the filter.

Find the perfect ratio

Just like grandma said “4 is to 8. Always,” meaning every 1 tablespoon of pure ground coffee must be diluted by 2 cups of water. As they say, it is the perfect ratio for it will not be as bitter.

Heat ‘em up!

Not too hot though! No one wants a taste of burnt coffee. After your water has boiled, let it sit until it has a temperature of 95°F and 205°F after a minute od removal from heat.

Slowly pour your hot water into the dripper or filter until it’s ½ up to ¾ full.

Wait, clean your dishes, and enjoy

The perfect brewing time is between 3 to 4 minutes. While waiting for it to brew, clean your dishes! “font-weight: 400;”>Slowly pour your perfect cup of coffee to avoid residue coming through your drink and of course, enjoy!
