Set up your filter to a clean dry pan and evenly distribute your coffee by pressing it onto the filter.
Find the perfect ratio
Just like grandma said “4 is to 8. Always,” meaning every 1 tablespoon of pure ground coffee must be diluted by 2 cups of water. As they say, it is the perfect ratio for it will not be as bitter.
Heat ‘em up!
Not too hot though! No one wants a taste of burnt coffee. After your water has boiled, let it sit until it has a temperature of 95°F and 205°F after a minute od removal from heat.
Slowly pour your hot water into the dripper or filter until it’s ½ up to ¾ full.
Wait, clean your dishes, and enjoy
The perfect brewing time is between 3 to 4 minutes. While waiting for it to brew, clean your dishes! “font-weight: 400;”>Slowly pour your perfect cup of coffee to avoid residue coming through your drink and of course, enjoy!
